I remember thinking I would be 35 in the year 2000 and how far off that was! Now, we are 11 years on the other side!

I am glad that your grandbabies are feeling so much better. It's hard (on parents and them!) to have little ones so sick.

The flowers, oh gosh, they are gorgeous!

I agree on the fresh new year... and today on my first day back to work I truly am going to strive for just that.

Oh, that I would pant after Jesus as the deer pants for water!

Hugs my sweet friend~Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6770812058495583430.post-18707135939926483472011-01-03T21:19:22.645-06:002011-01-03T21:19:22.645-06:00Wow! I am quite certain that if I could, I would fill my heart with reasons why He is doing the complete wrong thing and tell Him a million reasons why the path I had laid out in my mind was better, only to realize down the road that He knew what He was doing. Glad He is sovreighn, even if it means walking by faith at times :)stephaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08074857300526882082noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6770812058495583430.post-72948290356944270742011-01-03T15:46:41.469-06:002011-01-03T15:46:41.469-06:00Enjoyed your post. I love your New Year's goal, and I'd like to second that emotion.

You are so right about the fact that it's a good thing we don't know what's going to happen in the future. If I had known some of the things that would happen in 2010 alone, I think I would have run kicking and screaming to the nearest cave!

Thanksfully, God does give us grace to endure these things.

One of the great things about 2010 was finding your blog...it's a source of happiness every time I visit! I have a bad feeling that strep throat is right around the corner for me...my throat is getting a little scratchy and all of my friends already have it :(

Love the flowers, nothing sweeter than random, precious surprises!

That Bible verse is one of my favorites, and one of my favorite hymns, too! SO thankful that His grace and mercy are new each morning. How blessed are we?!

Happy Monday, sweet friend!Rachelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11921264796115903641noreply@blogger.com
