In Matthew 11:28, Jesus said, "Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest." Prayer is a practical way to exchange our worries for His peace. "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7)
Do you ever stop and think about what your life would be like without communication with our Heavenly Father? What a wonderful privilege we Christians have, as the old hymn says, "take it to the Lord in prayer."

Prayer has absolutely changed my life in this past year. We ARE so priveleged!
