Sunday Stealing - Sleepy Rambles

   1. What is on your mind right now?
It's Saturday night and all I'm thinking about right now is getting these questions answered. I waited a little late to get started.  Other than that I'm thinking about the most productive day that I have had today.

    2. Do you know anyone who has attended Harvard University?
Not that I am aware of

    3. How many books are in the room you’re in?
16 and they are all being used for decorative purposes. ~chuckle~

    4. Do you save at least 15 percent of your income?
Indeed!!!

    5. When was the last time you had a rainy day spent at home?
A rainy day, I do not know.  But, today was gorgeous but I never left the house, I stayed home and did bulk cooking and freezing.

    6. When was the last time you stayed home from school/work?
I haven't worked outside the home in a very, very long time.

    7. Do you write “yes” or “no” answers to surveys or do you explain more?
In the few survey's that I take, I answer as simply as I can with no explaination

    8. Is there any type of medicine you can’t take? For what reason?
Anything with codeine as it makes me nauseated.  It was after some dental procedure a hundred years ago that I found this out and thankfully I'm not sure I've needed any pain meds since that time.

    9. Do you have a favorite pair of pajamas? What do they look like?
No, I can't stand pajamas, I'm a night shirt kind of gal.  I can't stand anything on my legs while I'm sleeping.  I do have some wonderful Soma pajamas that I call my "lounging clothes."

    10. Would you rather have potato or chicken noodle soup if you had to?

It would be Chicken Noodle as there's just something so soothing about it.  And, I make a delicious homemade Chicken Noodle Soup. ~just sayin'~

    11. Do you believe that when a person appears in your dreams, that person wants to see you?
Not at all.  I rarely dream.

    12. When’s the last time you saw your mom?
I last saw my Mom on December 1, 2008, just moments before she passed from this life to eternity.  She had suffered a major stroke 2 days earlier.  I can hardly believe it's been almost 10 years ago. ~I got through it but I'll never get over it~

    13. What is one food you could eat for a month, straight, and not get sick of?
Image result for a buffalo chicken wrap
A Buffalo Chicken Wrap.  The country club we are a member of serves these and they are so, so good.  Now, they are highly seasoned but oh, so good and I think I could eat one everyday if possible.

    14. Have you ever spray painted something about your love somewhere?
Heaven's no!  I always remember that old saying, "fools names and fools faces are often found in public places."

15 Do you live in a town where basically everyone knows everyone else?
Pretty much and it can sometimes be like living in a fish bowl or a glass house.

Wishing you all a wonderful Lord's Day!

  3. I think we all "get through" grief, but most of us never get "over" it. We just learn to life with our new reality.

  8. As always, I enjoyed reading your answers! Would love to get into cooking/freezing but I always worry things won't taste as good after frozen. I may have to try it though now that the weather is getting cooler. I really don't love to cook all that much...after 48 years it's gotten a little tiresome!!! Like you, I have several pairs of pjs (that I really like) but only for lounging. When it's time to hit the sack, I change into something without legs!!!!

  9. Enjoyed your answers Lea. Chicken noodle soup sounds good and especially home made. I haven't made any home made chicken noodle soup in a while. But I did make a large batch of venison veggie soup last week and it was oh so good. Hugs and blessings lady.
